While experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment is preferred for most roles, it is not always required. We value candidates who bring strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals in recovery. Training and onboarding support are provided for all new team members.
Yes. We actively support staff who are working toward full licensure in Texas. Clinical supervision hours are available for license-eligible therapists and counselors, and we are committed to helping our team members advance their careers and credentials.
