Clinical Director

Lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment programming. Ensure Joint Commission compliance and drive clinical excellence across all levels of care.

Full clinical licensure in Texas required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Minimum 5 years clinical experience in addiction treatment
2–3 years of supervisory or management experience

Director of Nursing

Serve as the clinical nursing authority for the facility. Oversee all nursing operations, medical detox protocols, staffing, and regulatory compliance across our residential and detox programs.

Active Texas RN license required; BSN required, MSN preferred
Minimum 5 years nursing experience in behavioral health or detox
2–3 years of nursing management experience

Operations Director

Manage the day-to-day operational functions of the facility — from vendor relationships and compliance to admissions coordination and technology systems — ensuring a safe, efficient environment for clients and staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
3–5 years of operations management experience
Healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred

Executive Director

Provide strategic leadership for the entire facility. Drive census growth, oversee clinical and operational performance, manage financial outcomes, and represent Discovery Point Retreat in the community.

Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred
5–7 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health
Proven track record in census development and financial management

Nurse Practitioner

Deliver advanced clinical care including comprehensive medical assessments, medication management, and oversight of detox protocols in collaboration with the Medical Director and nursing team.

Active Texas APRN license and NP certification required (FNP or PMHNP)
DEA registration required or ability to obtain
Experience with MAT protocols preferred
