Olivia Hadjerioua, LPC

Olivia Hadjerioua, Clinical Director, is a seasoned licensed professional counselor holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. With an impressive decade of dedicated service in the behavioral health field, she specializes in treating individuals with substance use disorders and dual-diagnosis conditions. Throughout her career, Olivia has adeptly served adults, adolescents, and children across diverse clinical and leadership roles. However, her true passion lies in residential substance use disorder treatment. Olivia brings her expertise to bear in addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, psychosis, and family/relationship difficulties.

In her role as a leader, Olivia places a strong emphasis on cultivating a serene and nurturing atmosphere to facilitate our clients’ recovery journey. She stands by her team by providing continuous training, fostering clinical collaboration, and upholding a treatment environment that underscores the importance of a customer-centric approach, thereby sustaining our clients’ motivation to recover through holistic, evidence-based therapies. Olivia takes great satisfaction in personally acquainting herself with each and every client, finding fulfillment in offering unwavering support to her team in any capacity possible.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Olivia finds  joy in cherishing moments with her husband and daughter. She has a  passion for immersing herself in the pages of books and binge-watching the latest TV series. Additionally, Olivia relishes the opportunity to reconnect with her roots by visiting her family in her beloved home state of Tennessee.
