With more than a decade of leadership experience in addiction treatment and recovery services, Donnita has earned a reputation for operational excellence and genuine care for both clients and staff. She is passionate about building programs that not only meet compliance and clinical standards but also inspire meaningful change in the lives of those served. Her leadership style focuses on collaboration, accountability, and creating a culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

Throughout her career, Donnita has successfully managed multi-site treatment programs, guided teams through regulatory accreditations, and implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced patient outcomes and organizational growth. Prior to joining Discovery Point Retreat, she held key leadership positions across Texas, overseeing clinical and administrative operations with proven results in program development and revenue optimization. A proud graduate of the University of North Texas at Dallas, Donnita holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).
